Sometimes, applications take longer to process because more information is needed or the embassy requests further documentation. Visa Web Services will keep you informed of any possible delays and will do everything possible to make sure your visa is received as soon as possible

How can I be sure that my data is secure?

Do I have to provide you with my passport?

What should I do if I lose my e-visa?

You can easily print it from the email you were sent or you can log into your Visa Web Services account to retrieve the document

If my application is rejected, will you tell me why?

Unfortunately, the embassy or consulate does not tell us why your application was rejected. You could contact them directly if you need more information

If my visa is denied, can I apply again?

The best thing to do in this case is to contact the embassy/consulate where the application was submitted to find out what your options are

What type of visas can I apply for?

There are different types of visas you can apply for depending on your circumstances. For example, if you were going on holiday, you would apply for a tourist visa. If you were going away to work, you would need an employment visa. For study, you would need a study visa. What does validity mean?
