READ REFUND POLICY

Case 1: Order has been received and the visa application has not been submitted to the Government authority yet

We will process a full refund of the visa fees and the service fees

Case 2: Order has been received and the visa application has been submitted to the Government authority

We will process a full refund of the service fee only. Visa fee is fully paid to the Government agency to process your visa application, hence, once the application is submitted to the government the visa fee is non-refundable.

Case 3: Order has been received, the visa application has been submitted to the Government authority and visa has been rejected

We will process a full refund of the service fee only. Visa fee is fully paid to the Government agency to process your visa application, hence, once the application is submitted to the government the visa fee is non-refundable.

Case 4: Order has been received, the visa application has been submitted to the Government authority and visa has been approved

No refund is applicable in this case as it is a happy situation to be in!

Case 5: Order has been received, the visa application has been submitted to the Government authority and there was a mistake from our side

We will reprocess the visa application at NO ADDITIONAL cost to you.

Submit Refund Request:

If a refund is applicable, you can submit REFUND REQUEST using this link within 60 days of the service delivery.

If your refund request is approved, it will be processed immediately and you will be notified, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund yet, first double-check your bank account to be sure that the money has not been added to your account.

Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
